Shipping

The Medipharm website is operated by: Network Pharmacy Limited

Ordering from our online shop is simple. Just browse our products, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout " and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Once your order is processed via Paypal (more info at PayPal Ireland) and the transaction is authorised, the payment is debited from your credit card and the order will be shipped within 2 business days.

We currently only send inside Ireland but are reviewing that policy in due course.

You should received your purchases within 5 business days. If there is a hold up in posting your products we will contact you or if your goods do not arrive please contact us at info@medipharm.ie quoting the receipt number that you would have received on completeion of purchasing your items.

Please do retain all receipts and shipping notices / packing slips etc.

We accept credit cards. All prices are in ¤ (euro). All transactions are handled securely by PayPal site.

Returns

You may return new, unopened items sold to you by Network Pharmacy within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original product packaging.

If the return is a result of an error on behalf of Network Pharmacy, we will pay the return shipping costs. Just confirm details of your returns via email info@medipharm.ie before returning products.

You should expect to receive your refund to your credit card or Paypal account within one weeks of receipt of your package, however in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

You will be notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
