The Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland is approved and entered on the Pharmaceutical Society of Irelands internet supply list to supply non-prescription medicinal products online. 

A record of each transaction is retained for a period of 2 years. This information is securely stored on our server and is not passed to any third party organisations.

Shipping & Delivery Information

Terms & Conditions:

Orders are processed within 2 working days (not including order preparation time) and dispatched. Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse it will be delivered by An Post.

Due to circumstances beyond the control of Medipharm some deliveries may take longer than expected due to strikes, incomplete information being provided when placing an order, or as a result of operational failures on the part of our shipping partner.

Please pay careful attention to ensure the billing and shipping delivery addresses are accurate. Failed deliveries from the courier cannot be replaced until the item is returned by our courier to us.

Once dispatched, an automated confirmation email containing a track and trace code will be sent to the email address provided at the checkout. Sometimes emails can be inadvertently delivered to a spam folder; this is dependent on the mail box settings of the account provided.

Please ensure to check all folders to ensure you are available to receive your package on time. You can track your item HERE using the track and trace code supplied.

In the event of a failed delivery, the goods are returned to us promptly by the couriers. Once we have received the goods back we will ring you and try and verify your correct delivery address or we will cancel your order if required.

Discreet Deliveries:

All items of a sensitive/embarrassing nature are shipped in discreet packaging.  Our labels do not note our company name.  It will however display our company address.  Items are packaged in plain padded envelopes or plain boxes.

Ordering can be done online with/without account registration.By creating an account with our store, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders in your account and more.


Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Payment conducted online will include the total price of any items being purchased including any promotions on those products. Some offers may have to be redeemed at the checkout in order to be accounted for. Online payment is a secure and safe process. Payment options include: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Amex.


Viewing Orders

You may view your orders in your account. Once your order has been shipped a confirmation email will be sent out to you containing a tracking code. You may use this code to follow your order.


Updating Account Information

Updating account information can be done at any time. Just log into your account under "my account" and edit your details as necessary to update your account.
