How to use
Adults: One capsule THREE times a day, taken 30-60 minutes before food with a small quanity of water. The capsules should not be taken immediately after food. The dose may be increased to TWO capsules, THREE times a day if necessary. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Keep out of reach and sight of children. Pregnant or lactating women should consult their doctor before taking any supplement. Store at ambient temperture below 25oC, out of direct sunlight.
