Delivery and Returns

No delivery charges would be imposed on delivery within IRELAND for any purchase of € 65.00

The moment we receive your order, in most of the cases, the same would be processed for dispatch within 3 working days.  Your order once dispatched from our end will be delivered, in most cases, the next working day.  Any dispatch internationally, would be subject to postal timeframes.

We understand that there may be cases when your order is delayed.  In such cases, we will contact you directly to inform you of this delay.  There also may be cases when the product delivered is not correct or not as per your specifications when placing the order.  In such cases, you can return them for replacement/refund, as per our return policy.

We use reliable postal service An Post however we shall be under no liability for any delay of failure to deliver the parcels within the estimated timescales.
You might receive a text message informing you when the package would be delivered.  To enable this to happen, kindly ensure that correct mobile number is enter, when placing the order.  Also, a signature could be obtained from you, once you receive the order.  This would complete the order process.

It is the buyer's responsability to ensure that the shipping/delivery information is correct and that your parcel can be received at the address provided. Should it occur that delivery be impossible and that the package is returned to us, the buyer will be subject to shipping fees for resending of goods. Please review your full shipping address before placing your order and make sure that someone will be at the designated location to receive your purchase.

We also send orders via Post.  If at the time of delivery, no one is present at your residence, then an information slip will be left at the address with the details of how you can collect your package at the nearest Post Depot.

We at Medipharm cannot accept any responsibility for items that are lost in transit.  It is hence, suggested that all items are returned via recorded delivery.

National Delivery:

Your order will be delivered by An Post. A standard rate of €5.75 is applied to all orders.

Orders within the Republic of Ireland that are over the value of €65 qualify for free shipping.

The standard delivery time for orders with an Irish address is 2 working days. This excludes order preparation time.

  1. Returns Policy

If you wish to return a product you have purchased from Medipharm.ie, please read all sections of this page to ensure the product is eligible for return and for all specific information relating to your product.

 

  1. Returns by post/courier for online purchases

Within 14 days

Medipharm will accept unwanted items that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery. All unwanted items must be returned in an unused, ‘as new’ condition, in the original packaging and in re-sealable condition, or we reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund the returned goods.  Exclusions apply and are detailed below.

Once the returned goods have been received by post, a refund will be issued in full via the original payment method. Medipharm cannot accept any responsibility for items that are lost in transit.  It is therefore suggested that all items are returned via recorded delivery and the cost of the chosen return method will not be added to any eligible refund.

If the item was faulty or damaged when delivered or collected from store, an exchange or refund will be offered. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery

Outside the Returns Period

Any goods returned by post/courier outside the returns period (with the exception of faulty or damaged goods), we reserve the right not to offer you a refund in full. We may return the goods to you.

Our refund policy does not affect your rights in respect of faulty or damaged goods.

  1. Returns to a Medipharm Branch for purchases in store

Medipharm will accept unwanted items that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery. Please bring the items you wish to return to any Medipharm Branch, within 14 days from the delivery day, to be refunded in full via the original payment method.

If you return the goods after this period, but within 28 days, you may exchange the item for other merchandise or a Medipharm Gift Voucher.

 

4.0 Proof of Purchase

No refund or exchange will be given without a receipt, dispatch note or other proof of purchase.

 

5.0 Products excluded from our Refund/Exchange Policy

The following items cannot be returned within the terms of our refund policy

-Medipharm Gift Vouchers

- Prescription Medicines

Other items may be added to the list from time to time. This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty, incorrect or damaged goods.
