Sona Magnesium provides 500mg of elemental Magnesium which contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal energy metabolism, muscle contraction and neurotransmission (including heart muscle), protein synthesis, electrolyte balance, cell division, the maintenance of bones and teeth and normal psychological functions.
Directions for Use:
Adults: Take ONE tablet daily with the main meal, or as directed by your health professional. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Store at ambient temperature below 25°C, out of direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. A supplement is not a replacement for a healthy diet.
