Product description

Rennie Spearmint provides fast and effective relief from heartburn and indigestion in a handy spearmint flavoured tablet. It contains magnesium carbonate and calcium carbonate, which work together to create an antacid that neutralize stomach acid.

The effective formula also helps to relieve acid indigestion, dyspepsia, hyperacidity, gastritis, nervous indigestion, flatulence, upset stomach, indigestion during pregnancy and biliousness.

Indications

Use with caution in patients with impaired renal function in which calcium and magnesium levels should be monitored regularly. You should carefully read all product packaging and labels prior to use

Directions

Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking any other medicines or have been told by your doctor you have an intolerance to some sugars. Each adult dose (2 tablets) contains 500mg of glucose. Taking more than the recommended dose may cause acid rebound, changes in blood chemistry or constipation. Any unusual effects should be reported to your doctor or a pharmacist. If symptoms persist consult your doctor. Dosage: Adults: 2 tablets to be sucked or chewed as required, up to 16 tablets a day. Children 6-12 years: 1 tablet as required, up to 8 tablets a day. Children under 6: Not recommended.
