Sona Omega 3 provides Omega 3 Fatty Acids, EPA and DHA, which cannot be made efficiently by the body and so should be obtained from the diet. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and vision. When combined, EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. These beneficial effects are obtained with a daily intake of at least 250mg of EPA and DHA combined.

Directions for Use:

Adults: Take ONE capsule per day with the main meal or as directed by your health professional. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Store at ambient temperature below 25°C, out of direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. A supplement is not a replacement for a healthy diet.
