Directions:
Take with your main meal 1x max tablet (purple blister) 1x omega 3-6-9 (green blister) 1x calcium (blue blister). Swallow each with water or a cold drink and take with a main meal. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed the recommended intake. To be taken on a full stomach.
