Active ingredients per Film-Coated Tablet: Dry Extract from Valeriana Officinalis L 52mg (Equivalent to 208 to 260mg of Valerian Root); Extraction Solvent: Ethanol 60% V/V, Dry Extract from Humulus Lupulus L 9mg (Equivalent to 81 to 99mg of Hop Strobile); Extraction Solvent: Ethanol 45% V/V

Storage

Do not store above 25°C. Store in original packaging to protect from moisture and light.

Not recommended for anyone under 18 years old. Do not take if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not take if you are taking any medicine for sleep or anxiety. Kalms Day is not recommended for use during pregnancy or when breast-feeding; ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking any medicine. You must contact a doctor if symptoms worsen or do not improve after 2 weeks. Kalms Day tablets may make you feel sleepy. If affected, do not drive or operate any tools or machines.
