Sona Green Tea Forte 60 Capsules contains antioxidants called catechins, which scavenge for free radicals that can damage DNA and contribute to blood clots and hardening of artery walls. All teas are derived from the same plant, Camellia sinensis, but the difference between them is their way of processing. Green tea, unlike black tea, is not fermented, so the active constituents remain unaltered. This means that green tea's unique catechins are more concentrated and therefore are more potent in beneficial antioxidants. Sona Green Tea Forte is standardised to contain 15% polyphenols in each capsule and contains beneficial flavonoids - natural phytochemicals that can be used as part of a healthy diet. Sona Green Tea Forte contains naturally occurring epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG). The herb is screened and milled for quick release.
Directions for use:
Ages 12+: Take TWO capsules daily with a meal or as directed by your healthcare professional. Capsules may be opened and prepared as a tea. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Keep out of reach of children. Store at ambient temperature below 25°C, out of direct sunlight. A supplement is not a replacement for a healthy diet.
